This is exactly what happens to me every time. Or I suppose, what I do to myself. There’s always some excuse. I just ate. I haven’t eaten yet. I’m too tired. It’s too cold out. It’s too hot out. Or today specifically, it’s raining! I have other things to do. I could go on and on, but I’m sure most people can relate.
After each attempt, more food goes into my body. It’s as if the mere thought of exercising burned calories and I need to replenish – ha, if only. I just need to find some motivation within myself, push myself, to put on my running shoes and just get out of my apartment.
